Return Eligibility

At Customkindunique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the plant arrives damaged, diseased, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy, please contact us immediately at info@customkindunique.cv or +1 (415) 555-7294. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged plant to help us process your request quickly.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization from our team
  4. Package the plant securely and return it using our provided instructions

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the living nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for plants that have declined in health due to improper care after delivery, or for plants that have been out of their original packaging for more than 7 days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, please return the original purchase and place a new order for your desired plant.
